“We saw a cooler end to the 2026 summer selling season, compared to 2025. Overall, key market indicators such as new listings, pending sales, and closed sales are all up over the same time period in 2025. While demand for Clark County real estate remains high, significant outside factors such as inflation and geopolitical uncertainty are adding pressure to the market, especially to buyers who are already dealing with high interest rates.
