“The May market statistics close out a very robust spring market in Clark County. Sales activity was very strong, while price growth moderated to a modest 1.1%, surely a welcome development for many buyers in our region. With more homes on the market year to date – an 8.5% increase in listings versus 2025. We are finally moving back towards more of a balanced market. If a steadier economic and interest rate environment prevails, we should see sustained strong market activity throughout 2026.”
