“The spring market is in full swing in Clark County, with notable increases in listing and sales activity. In an encouraging sign, we are looking at increase in new listings and inventory both year over year and month over month, and a double digit uptick in pending sales year over year. Homes around the median sale price are leading the pack in sales, an indicator that if we can bring more homes into production and more homes onto the market, we can help to address our region’s housing crunch and continue to make Clark County an attractive place to move to – and to stay.”
