Here’s what CCAR’s 2026 President, Anthony Stroud had to say about March’s market activity, here in Clark County
“We are looking at a classic spring market in Clark County, with activity picking up across the board and listings moving faster, when they’re priced right. Price growth has smoothed and the affordability index, while still not where we would want to see it, has stabilized which is making the market more predictable for both buyers and sellers. We need more listings and more housing opportunities in the median sales price range where there’s lots of competition for listings, especially if we want Clark County to continue to be an attractive destination for new businesses and new residents, and to retain those who are already here.”
