“March’s market report indicates that consumers may be starting to hold back on making the decision whether or not to buy or sell based off the broader uncertainty in the economy due to factors largely out of their control. Markets dislike uncertainty, and recent news in the economy and the stock market tends to trickle over into real estate transactions. That being said, we are still seeing the expected seasonal increases as we head into the spring market so there is still some definite optimism in the Clark County market.”
