Filing System for Certificates
Washington Department of Licensing does not require copies
of your education certificates to be included as part of your license renewal,
but they have the authority to audit your education records at any time.
We recommend you save a physical or digital copy of you certificates so you
have access to them if ever required to submit them to DOL. Many of the
education platforms will retain copies of your completed certificates if course
was completed through them. Members will want to keep track of the online
education platforms they use to complete CE courses. CCAR does not required
copies of your license renewals certificates. We only require
certificates for members Fair Housing and Code of Ethics classes they complete.
