“The market continues its strong showing in the summer season. We continue to see slow motion towards a more balanced market, as we reached 2.8 months of inventory in June, and price growth has smoothed with a 1.6% increase in June, much more in line with price growth pre-2020. Inventory continues to stress buyers, especially first-time buyers, and new home production would go a long way towards easing buyer stress and creating more choice in the market.”
