Rick Harris is a Principal Broker and Team Leader of the Rick Harris Real Estate Group at John L Scott in Ashland, Oregon. Rick is in the top 1% of production for his franchise, and has 30+ years of hands-on, in-the-trenches experience in residential, multi-family and commercial brokerage.
Rick is a faculty specialist for Dynamic Directions, an international real estate training and strategic facilitation firm. Rick provides a wide range of REALTOR® education—designations, certifications, continuing education and specialty classes–as well as strategic planning and leadership training for real estate associations, MLSs and brokerages nationwide.
Rick volunteers in REALTOR® and MLS leadership at the local, state and national level, and has been a long-time National Director, NAR RVP, Federal Political Coordinator, Platinum R President’s Circle and Chair of NAR’s three MLS Issues Committees. Rick was 2021 President’s Liaison for MLS and Data Management.
