Citizen of the Year – Terry Eccles-Pettet

This award is given to a person or persons who have exhibited selfless and thoughtful contributions to the community they live in. They don’t have to be a REALTOR® or an Affiliate. They do, however, have to be a generous and giving personality, who bestows outstanding efforts to the community and personal dedication to the welfare of those around them.

Individual Affiliate of the Year – Jodi White

This recipient is chosen for showing outstanding participation in events, committees and overall CCAR involvement. It recognizes their spirit and enthusiasm, their tireless and selfless giving and contributions to the association.

Group Affiliate of the Year – Cascade Title

This award is given to an affiliate organization for their support and involvement in the association. As an organization, they have contributed to the betterment of the industry as well as financial support and event participation.

Horizon Award – Diana Rutherford

This recipient is chosen for their outstanding participation as more recent addition to CCAR’s volunteer team. As an involved member, this person exhibits energy and enthusiasm through their participation in CCAR activities. They are eager to help and display leadership skills that add to the overall success of the association and its membership.

Achievement Award – Terry Wollam

This award is presented to a REALTOR® who displays commitment to the association and the industry. They are dedicated and involved, both in their business practices and their time to the association. They display a high standard of excellence in all they do.

REALTOR® of the Year – Connie Bovee

This is the highest tribute that the Clark County Association of REALTORS® can bestow on an individual. This person displays what’s referred to as “REALTOR® Spirit” – a faithfulness to the principles of the REALTOR® organization, professionalism and the Code of Ethics. They are an active professional member and are dedicated to the betterment of the membership as a whole. They provide outstanding service and contributions to our association and the real estate profession.

Lifetime Service – Mike Lamb

The Life Service award recognizes a REALTOR® that has demonstrated continuous REALTOR® membership through CCAR for a minimum of 25 years, performed a minimum of 3 years volunteer service to CCAR within the last 20 years.
