The Clark County Association of REALTORS (CCAR) is one of 3 shareholders of the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS). Other shareholders include the Portland Metro Association of REALTORS (PMAR) and the East Metro Association of REALTORS (EMAR).

RMLS Board of Directors

RMLS has a 17-member Board of Directors formed from REALTOR® subscribers representing our shareholders as well as a Service Advisory Committee (SAC) that provides representation for subscribers who belong to REALTOR® associations that are not shareholders in RMLS. The Board of Directors determines priorities for RMLS, votes on rules and regulations changes, and addresses formal violations by our subscriber community.

Our Story

For over 30 years Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) has served real estate professionals in the Pacific Northwest, empowering them by providing access to crucial information, evolving technologies and a committed support staff. Our RMLSweb system, available to over 16,000 RMLS subscribers, is developed in-house and includes a database with over two million listings and two million tax records.
