CCAR will be implementing the changes below to improve how we manage your membership by streamlining the dues billing process. Our goal is to simplify membership to make it easier for our members to understand, and to increase the efficiency with which our team processes your memberships. 

The changes listed below will be implemented on August 15^th.  

Upcoming Changes

1. Simplify membership by replacing the two current Affiliate membership types of ‘Primary’ and ‘Associate’ to one unified ‘Affiliate’ membership.
2. Dues will go from being billed at $400.00 & $150.00 annually to $34.00 a month.
3. New monthly payment terms will be Net 15.
4. Affiliate monthly membership fees will now be invoiced and paid through QuickBooks. Affiliate members will no longer make payment for their member fees/dues through the CCAR member portal.
5. If you have not paid any member dues in 2025, you will be billed the annual dues of $400.00 on 8/15/25 then be converted to the monthly billing on your next renewal date of 8/1/26.
6. If you have paid member dues already for 2025, your membership will be converted to the monthly billing on the 1st of your renewal month.

AutoPay Option

Autopay can only be set up through CCAR (the merchant). 

If you want autopay setup for recurring payments, please call our office and provide a credit card number.

If you do not want autopay set up, you will receive your first QuickBooks invoice by email on 8/15/25 –OR– on your next renewal date with a link to make payment.

Past Due Balances

If payment is not received by your next monthly billing cycle (20 days past due), your membership will be inactivated. If your account is reinstated within 12 months of being inactivated, you will be charged a $75.00 reinstatement fee.

Membership Highlights

• Affiliate membership is per individual and can be taken with you to any company you move to within the real estate industry.
• CCAR will email out a new member roster after the first week of each month. This captures any new members set up at the beginning of the month.
• Did you know…CCAR submits an affiliate member to The Columbian for their Home Book “Affiliate Spotlight” ran monthly. CCAR will submit new affiliate members first, then if no new members are available, we will rotate through existing members depending on the last time your business was spotlighted last.
