“February presented a bit of a mixed bag in terms of market statistics. Closed sales had a strong showing in February year-over-year and when compared to January, though we are seeing a noticeable slowdown in pending sales and new listings. It’s too early to tell if this is a result of a busy January where sellers rushed to get their homes on the market, or the sign of sellers sensing some uncertainty in the economic and political situation and choosing to delay listing until they have some clarity. Overall, 2025 does look to be off to a stronger start in the market than we saw in 2024.“
