REALTOR® Dues Paid Before 1/15/2021 Will Not Incur Late Fees

Dues have been sent via email. To avoid late fees please pay by January 15th. Please let our office know if you will NOT be renewing via email to  ccar@ccrealtors.com or 360-695-5980.

• Membership dues are billed one time a year and are not the same as RMLS dues.
• Managing Brokers are ultimately responsible for all agents dues within their offices and have online access to determine which agents still need to pay their dues.
• Dues billing is accessed via your MEMBERSHIP PORTAL and are NOT mailed.
• Dues for all Members shall be payable annually in advance on or before the 1st of January. If dues are not paid on or before the 15th of January by close of business, a late fee as established by the Board of Directors will be assessed. Membership will be terminated for delinquent dues on Friday, 2/26/2021
