Brokers will gain a stronger understanding Marijuana Law in Washington: Brokers Perspective Including: Commercial market (investment vs risk) and marketing, Federal Stance vs state law, Insurance and Lending Impacts, addressing marijuana issues in contracts and inspections, Sellers Agent and Buyers Agent Issues, Broker Safety and as well as actual Cases of in home Marijuana Grows in the Home and what would need to be disclosed including: Fertilizer stored inside, Lighting  / Electrical Issues, Water Damage, Mold / Ventilation Issues and Residual Oils in carpet, walls and ceilings and the clean-up issues surrounding it.

John Gillam is a real estate instructor in multiple states as well as being the Broker / Owner of a firm in CO and a Qualified Broker for an office in New Mexico. He has been a real estate instructor since 2004 and has always taught from a Broker’s perspective, to help reduce liability.
