The Clark County Association of REALTORS® offers many programs and activities through the help of member volunteers. We actively seek individuals to join one of our many committees. Members are encourage to lend their talents to the association in an effort to promote the REALTOR® name and image, support member programs and benefits and to represent our association as an industry leader. Please contact CCAR to begin volunteering!

Diversity

Government Affairs

The objective of the Government Affairs Committee is to increase REALTOR® presence within governmental entities and with the public, influence change when appropriate to ensure the continued protection of property rights, and support comprehensive community planning. This committee meets monthly.

Ombudsman

An ombudsman is an individual appointed to receive and resolve disputes through constructive communication and advocating for consensus and understanding.

Professional Standards / Grievance

The purpose of the Professional Standards Committee is to be responsible for enforcement of the Code of Ethics, including the conduct of ethics and arbitration hearings. This committee meets monthly.

RPAC

REALTOR Political Action Committee: RPAC is the lifeblood of the real estate industry because it raises money to support political initiatives to protect private property rights for homeowners. This committee meets monthly.

Young Professionals Network (YPN)

Chair – Amil Haddad

  • REALTOR® associations. Attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national association.
  • Real estate industry. Take an active role in policy discussions and advocacy issues; be informed about the latest industry news and trends.
  • Peers. Network and learn from one another by attending events, participate in online communication, and seek out mentoring opportunities.
  • Community. Become exceptional members of their community by demonstrating a high level of REALTOR® professionalism and volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.
