The Clark County Association of REALTORS® offers many programs and activities through the help of member volunteers.  We  actively seek individuals to join one of our many committees.  Members are encourage to lend their talents to the association in an effort to promote the REALTOR® name and image, support member programs and benefits and to represent our association as an industry leader.  Please contact CCAR  to begin volunteering!


Business Practices:

The primary objective of the Business Practices Committee is to plan and promote the Quarterly Brokers Forums.  This committee meets as needed.



Diversity encompasses acceptance and respect, understanding that each individual is unique.  Our mission is to move beyond simple tolerance, to embrace and celebrate each individual through awareness and education.



The primary objective of the Education Committee is to provide the members with means for training and education.  This committee meets monthly.


Government Affairs:

The objective of the Council is to increase REALTOR® presence within governmental entities and with the public, influence change when appropriate to ensure the continued protection of property rights, and support comprehensive community planning.  This committee meets monthly.



The annual one-day golf tournament is held in July of each year.  The Golf Committee’s primary  responsibility is securing as many tournament sponsors as possible, as well as raffle prizes.  The Committee is  responsible for all aspects of development, coordination and promotion of the event.  This committee meets as needed.



The Membership Committee establishes policy, procedures, and programs for recruiting new REALTOR® and Affiliate members and identifying member benefits.  This committee meets monthly.


Professional Standards:

The purpose of the Professional Standards Committee is to be responsible for enforcement of the Code of Ethics, including the conduct of ethics and arbitration hearings.  This committee meets monthly.


REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC):

RPAC was established to help elect candidates at the federal, state and local levels who are supportive of the free enterprise system and private property rights. Locally, the RPAC Committee raises money and recommends support to those candidates who support the REALTOR® beliefs. RPAC involves itself in local (City/County), state and federal races.  This committee meets monthly.
